The time has come…
Posted in Chinese Pod on 09/19/2007 12:07 am by James TheronI hope my previous lesson remixes have been useful. However, the time has come for me to reclaim some of my server space and I unfortunately can’t keep the mp3s posted. Sorry to all who are still using these.
Do you know the way to ChinesePod?
Posted in Chinese Pod on 08/12/2007 03:50 am by James TheronUpdate (April 18, 2008): CP has announced they have moved to newer facilities. So, these directions are no longer valid.
I recently had the pleasure to visit the CP factory. It is very easy to find if you’ve been there before. Just look for the building in the old video hotpots. Otherwise follow these directions…
0. Let CP know you are coming.
1. Get off the subway at this stop. (Of course this picture is from the outside of the station. The inside looks different.)

2. Walk down Huangpi Nan Lu for about 10 minutes. It is a very nice tree lined street.

3. On the left side of the road, go in this entrance. Be prepared to ask “where is building 4?
“
4. Once past the gates, hang a left and find building 4. It is the one not so easily identified.

5. Walk towards the end of the building and go up this staircase.

6. Go to the third floor and find this door. It is the nicest door in the building.

7. Meet the team. Pictured are Aggie, Vera and myself.

No April foolin’ - my work here is done.
Posted in Chinese Learn Online, Chinese Pod on 04/01/2007 10:39 pm by James TheronThe time has come for me to admit I cannot keep up with the folks at Chinese Pod. Unless I can think of some unique uses for these remixes, this is my last remix post. With the impending dialog only mp3s available in the Chinese V3 update, my work here is done.I’ll keep this site available as long as possible. This should be at least until the traffic has died off somewhat or I need more disk space, which isn’t in the immediate future. <<Files Removed>>
